Hello,

I have noticed that there is a typo in the Czech (cs) description of the qsstv package in Debian.

"Qsstv je program pro příjem pomalu-snímkované televize a faxu. Tyto módy používají operátory hamradio. Qsstv používá k přijímání a odesílání snímků zvukovou kartu."

"operátory" should be "operátoři".

I am not sure where this should be fixed in Debian (I was not able to find the translated string in the Debian package source).
