package descriptions are translated in a server called DDTSS; here are
all the translations for QSSTV:
https://ddtp.debian.org/ddt.cgi?package=qsstv

To edit an existing translation you need to:
* register to the DDTSS
* "force fetch" the description
* fix it
* possibly wait for someone to "accept" it (some language teams
require that a translation has been accepted by more than one person)
* after the description is accepted it will be exported to the
Translation-cs file used by APT and it will be available from the
website at
https://packages.debian.org/cs/sid/qsstv

You could register and send message who is doing translations to Czech
and ask for help
https://ddtp.debian.org/ddtss/index.cgi/cs
However their latest translation was done on 14th July 2024 so they
probably need YOUR help; I'm doing translations to Italian so I can
help you about the usage of that server, but I don't know about
specifically about Czech.

All translations of the descriptions of the packages for hams are
available in the pages linked from here
https://www.debian.org/blends/hamradio/get/metapackages
I invite all hams to check if translations in their language can be
improved and either fix them or file a bug.
