Since cqrlog is out of stretch now, uploading to sid is no longer
problematic.

cqrlog users in jessie *are* affected by this bug upon upgrade to
stretch. So you will need a jessie-pu upload to make the postrm not fail
if the apparmor initscript does not exist.
During this test apparmor does not seem to eb installed at all. I'm
curious why this didn't fail in a plain jessie test.
