Bug#864549: cqrlog: fails to remove: invoke-rc.d: unknown initscript, /etc/init.d/apparmor not found.

This is fixed in a pending upload.

However the pending upload is stalled by the release freeze due to
upstream changes which are too invasive.

Please downgrade this bug or otherwise flag it as pending so that cqrlog
users are not impacted.
