Hi Christoph (and Fabian)-

I maintain and sponsor many of the ham packages, and I'd be happy to
sponsor ebook2cw.  Thanks in advance for your work on the packaging, and
to Fabian for another useful CW program!  I'll contact you two off-list
to discuss the logistics.
