The problem is we don't know how many *Node program varieties are out
there or what other people have cooked up that use that part of the
library.

The warning was put there to draw attention to the people who have these
"hidden nodes".

It was, I think there may of been some autoconf/automake changes but
that shouldn't do anything to the library itself.
