"Open" QSL Info

Hello all.
I am thinking about adding qsl info properties to KLog and i have think about
the posibility to start something as an "open qsl info project"...
It would be something as a big list with QSL information... managers, routes,
via bureau or direct, dates, ... that kind of info.
The idea would be some kind of easy and quick way to update the information
via web/email/software (all of them, not only software but also) ;-) to allow
the users and any people to add/modify info to the data base.
With the database we could produce a file available for download to all the
software to provide qsl info to our programs or maybe make some kind of
process to make on-line queries...
I am in the first project step, just thinking about the idea... just
"brainstorming"...
Is any of you interested?
Do you want to help me in this new project? We should have to think about the
info needed, fields, tech way to do it... everything... Maybe a project of
Debian-Ham to promo? ;-)
