If you install libfreetype6 and libpango1.0-0 correctly, it
shouldn't appear. maybe you installed freetype manually in
other times or libfreetype6 isn't be installed correctly.
Please check whether libfreetype.so.6 which
libpangoft2-1.0.so uses is certainly a library libfreetype6
package has.
