Thanks for looking into this.  The word_by_word_montgomery tool doesn't
have to be packaged, instead it could be included in debian/local in
this package and used during the build.  Is this tool available from
upstream, and are there instructions how to use it?  Maybe it is not
that hard.  The resulting implementation looks interesting, and unless
we resolve this, this will stall this package which seems bad.
