I think zigo quoted the wrong log.

For the missing golang-github-grpc-ecosystem-go-grpc-middleware 1.3.0-1, it's
because the new version never has been built successfully on buildd.
So it's has been removed by auto-cruft.

You can on see the log on https://ftp-master.debian.org/removals.txt

zigo uploaded 1.3.0-1 twice, and it has been removed twice.
