Plan for backporting golang to bullseye

Hi,

When trying to build gitaly for bullseye-fasttrack (similar to 
bullseye-backports but for packages that change too fast).

Searching for this error shows

which indicates this needs golang 1.16+

What is the plan for backporting golang 1.17 to bullseye? If the idea 
is fine, I can help with backports.
