All look good except you probably don't need to put debian-go@ in X-Debbugs-CC.
Anyhow, even if you mess up the ITPs, it can always be fixed and also,
not a lot of people much care about them anyway. Just make sure that
the package name is correct and you should be good to go! :)

As soon as you file an ITP, you can start to package those new
libraries (just make sure that it's already not bieng worked upon or
there isn't an ITP for the same thing!). The documentation is also out
there for creating packages so there shouldn't be a lot of problems
but if there's anything you want to know or ask or double-check, this
list is the place to be ;)

Once your package builds fine and is lintian clean, you'll need to ask
for sponsorship (aka RFS) for those packages. And once again, asking
this list should be enough, hopefully!

Should you have any more questions (in particular or otherwise), don't
