But IMHO there's no need to change the version from
0.0~git20150515.0.3f9db97-4 -> 0.0~git20150515.3f9db97-1
We do have this name scheme transition, but I think it only happens
when packaging new snapshot.
I'm going to leave this to team list, as I don't known whether this
change is appropriate or not.
Note for uscan syntax, I guess it supports setting
"pretty=0.0~git%cd.0.%h" manually(as read from manpage).
