I think there are a handful of key bugs which we have and are causing
90% of the testsuite failures. I am reducing some of the tests down to
the point where the bugs should start to become evident. There is a
new 'delayed branch reordering' bug in GCC 4.2 which improperly
compils vfprinf.c on hppa, so with that bug out of the way I will be
concentrating on the nptl failures.
As said in my previous mail I have nevertheless uploaded the resulting
.deb files on http://people.debian.org/~aurel32/glibc-hppa/ .

My first build failed, because of an old patch still applied. I have just
started a build, I will keep you informed of the results.
Thanks. If you are building against upstream head you will notice a
failure due to gai_misc.h and certain resolv changes that only exist
for NPTL. So watch out.
