OK. Original bug report says:

	ii  libc6   2.3.1-3     GNU C Library: Shared libraries an

So, I wonder they're really same bugs.  But it seems that other php4
issue seems being fixed in 2.3.1-3, so this #166414 bug should be
already fixed.

Original reporter, Tony, please tell us whether your report is really
same bug #165699, #165718, and #165719, or not. If it seems to be same
(I also think), and #165699-#165719 is fixed, then I close this bug.
