Bug#155939: libc6: libc6 broke apache and all its modules

In changelog you stated it is only problem with coda, but it seems you were
wrong, because apache is dynlinked with /usr/lib/libdb.so.2 and it needs
ndbm.h includes for compilation (faking it with gdbm-ndbm.h works).
Similary all apxsed modules for apache are linked with libdb.so.2 and needs
recompiling (should be enough).
Please solve it as fast as possible and then drop db1 only after you really
check that other packages will not use it.
