Bug#46106: libndbm.so

As far as I understand things, having a missing library has the potential
for data-loss. I'll accept your opinion though as it's definitely more
expert than mine.

I said that I had manually installed the unstable (potato) version -- IOW,
I didn't upgrade the whole system, just the unstable version and anything
it required and suggested.

This above part I didn't have done.

Right, but I believe /lib/libndbm.so existed in slink.

This could be the problem, as this is still the slink version. Regardless,
the error occurred as a result of upgrading libc6 package to unstable
without upgrading libc6-dev -- and thus that should be fixed.
