Bug#46106: libndbm.so

I have the slink libc6-dev installed with the potato libc6. It may not be
the smartest thing to do.

Regardless, apt/dselect reported no problems or conflicts -- thus it is
LEGITIMATE as far as the package system goes.

Yet, it creates an error message. That is not legitimate.

I believe that there should be a solution to this.
