Bug#36775: incompatible mktime() behavior under Debian Linux 2.2.1 (formerly used 2.033)
If I want to follow up further with this issue, should I email the
libc6 developers at GNU? Note that the libc6 implementation of
mktime() still adjusts the tm_isdst field in the inputted structure.
So I'm wondering why the time adjustment is not being performed as was
done in libc5 (the adjustment can be made using tm_gmtoff for
example).
Thanks,
