The results for the rebuild are in. As expected all reverse dependencies
rebuild successfully with HDF4 4.2.11.

gras (2:2.1~a3-1) in experimental FTFBS because the data tarball is not
available, this issue is unrelated to HDF4 which is detected by
configure and used like the version in unstable.

Because the symbols files are now used to determine the version
requirement for the dependencies, I wanted to versions to reflect the
change history to not have all rebuilt packages require >= 4.2.11 only
because that's the version the symbols file was introduced in. The
symbols files have been regenerated using the old versions from
snapshots.d.o to do so. It also confirms that no symbols changes
occurred since 4.2.10.

I'd like to confirm that ~exp2 fixed the piuparts issues before moving
hdf4 to unstable.

Transition: hdf4

 libhdf4-0     (4.2.10-3.2) -> libhdf4-0     (4.2.11-1~exp2)
 libhdf4-0-alt (4.2.10-3.2) -> libhdf4-0-alt (4.2.11-1~exp2)

The status of the most recent rebuilds is as follows.

 dx              (1:4.4.4-9)              OK
 gdal            (2.1.0+dfsg-2)           OK
 gnudatalanguage (0.9.6v2-1)              OK
 grads           (2:2.0.2-8 / 2:2.1~a3-1) OK / FTBFS
 h5utils         (1.12.1-5)               OK
 hdf-eos4        (2.19v1.00+dfsg.1-4)     OK
 jhdf            (2.11.0+dfsg-1)          OK
 librsl          (1.43-1)                 OK
 mathgl          (2.3.4-1)                OK
 nexus           (4.3.2-svn1921-3)        OK
 pdl             (1:2.007-5)              OK

 ncl             (6.3.0-8)                OK
