openscenegraph (3.2.1-8) was uploaded recently and it includes the
upstream patch for GDAL 2.0 support.
Patches are now also available for all packages maintained by the Debian
GIS team:

fiona has recently gained GDAL 2.0 support upstream, but no new release
is out yet.
For pktools, pprepair, prepair & osmcoastline patches have been created
and forwarded upstream. I'm waiting for feedback from upstream before
uploading new revisions of these packages.
Once the fixed packages are available in unstable we can request a
transition slot from the Release Team.
