Sponsoring team upload of openstreetmap-carto

Hi,

I've worked some on the openstreetmap-carto package. I've integrated
the debconf translation changes (#793938) and I've split the package
into two binary packages: openstreetmap-carto and
openstreetmap-carto-common for reasons mentioned in a previous
discussion on the list. The full changelog currently looks like this:

openstreetmap-carto (2.35.0-2) UNRELEASED; urgency=low

  * Team upload

  * Split in two binaries: openstreetmap-carto-common and openstreetmap-carto
  * Added debian/openstreetmap-carto.triggers:
    - openstreetmap-carto postinst script is triggered when
      style.xml in openstreetmap-carto-common is updated.
  * Added debian/openstreetmap-carto.preinst:
    - move already existing /usr/share/openstreetmap-carto/data directory out
      of way to make place for symlink to
      /usr/share/openstreetmap-carto-common/data
  * Added debian/openstreetmap-carto.postinst:
    - Create /usr/share/openstreetmap-carto/style.xml

Yes. Quite long...

I was wondering if someone may sponsor this package. Maybe someone
also would like to suggest other things that should be fixed in the
package at the same time. (Chris? Bas?)

Best regards,
Ruben
