Hi Paolo,

I think the missunderstanding remains here:  The problem is not the
licensing of the code but rather that all the licenses need to be
specified in the file debian/copyright.  This is *no* upstream but
rather a packaging issue which can be simply solved by firing up $EDITOR
and add the license statements of all files that do not licensed as
License: CeCILL but something else.

This grunt work simply needs to be done by somebody who cares for
the Debian package.
