Re: installing from debian-gis on LMDE (MATE)

Qgis is not listed in Synaptic or mintInstall 7.5.2 with the by-default repos:
http://packages.linuxmint.com/
http://debian.linuxmint.com/latest/
http://debian.linuxmint.com/latest/security/
http://debian.linuxmint.com/latest/multimedia/
http://extra.linuxmint.com/
am I perhaps missing important repos?
The sources.list file is empty.
