Paolo, Right way to do this is just to replace ~ with /etc/skel (not skeleton as I said earlier). ~/.qgis2/processing/processing.conf --> /etc/skel/.qgis2/processing/processing.conf While configuring otb, can you confirm whether saga also works in processing? Johan
