RFS with DM permission: narray-miss, ruby-hdfeos5, ruby-netcdf

The following packages are ready to upload (Close some FTBFS, Drop Ruby1.8).
Could you please sponsor them? 

  - ruby-narray-miss: Additional class with processing of missing value
                      to NArray
    - Vcs-Git: git://anonscm.debian.org/pkg-grass/narray-miss.git

  - ruby-hdfeos5: Ruby interface to the HDF-EOS5 library
    - Vcs-Git: git://anonscm.debian.org/pkg-grass/ruby-hdfeos5.git
 
  - ruby-netcdf: Ruby interface of netCDF library
