OK, good. perhaps we could have 2 debian/ folders in DebianGIS SVN
one for stable and one for unstable, which could be checked out for
building.

Therefor we remove the debian/ folder from GRASS CVS and place a
svn-checkout-script instead, which could be used to receive the debian/
folder from DebianGIS for stable or unstable?!
