a problem with libstdc++ docs viewing throw dwww

Hello, maintainers.

I don't know what the package has the bug, so I write to 3 maintainers
(packages: menu, dwww, libstdc++3-doc).

I have the following versions of these packages installed on my system:

ii menu 2.1.5-10 provides update-menus functions for some app
ii dwww 1.6.10 Read all on-line documentation via WWW
ii libstdc++3-doc 3.0.2-2 The GNU stdc++ library version 3 (documentat

I explain the bug below.

I point my browser (Netscape) to http://localhost/dwww.
I click on "Debian Documentation Menu (generated by menu package)" and see
documentation menu, where is an item "The GNU stdc++ library version 3".
I click to this item (link) and get an error message.

The trouble is that the link is
"http://khlebnikov.scnsoft.com/cgi-bin/dwww?type=file&location=/usr/share/doc/libstdc++3-doc/libstdc++/html_user/index.html";.

As you see, "+" symbols are not translated to "%XX" form. AFAIK, "+" symbols are
translated to spaces in CGI queries. Thus, the request to read libstdc++ docs
fail.

Regards,
Alexei.
