GRUB - disk read error

Bonjour,

je tente d'installer GRUB sans succés :

Partitions:
----------
hda1 VFAT 
hda2 swap
hda3 ext2 (partition root)

Commandes:
----------
grub> root (hd0,2)
    Filesystem type is ext2fs, partition type 0x83
grub> kernel /vmlinuz
    disk read error
grub> install /boot/grub/stage1 (hd0) d /boot/grub/stage2 p
    disk read error

Une idée ?
