Re: [Pkg-fonts-devel] Bug#599059: merging Tuffy font fork errors

Hi adain and last,
The source files of Tuffy of the original author (uploaded nowadays
for testing) is full of bugs. I say one: font info. Tuffy Regular
contains kursive tag in various languages, not standardized and so on.

I know. In the Debian package the bogus kursive tags are removed by means of a patch before compiling the fonts into TTF format.

Saved otf. Not set PANOSE information.
OKAY, I know this is Public Domain and anyone can do it with anything
even use it in toilet. But don't ruin my data built accurate by
myself. This is outrageous but I don't care a rap anymore.
Bye

I din't ruin anything. I just took what was released by the original author of Tuffy as a new tarball and made a Debian package out of it. If you do not understand the implications of this progress, please refrain from putting blame on random people!
