I don't know, I haven't touched anything in the sources provided byThatcher Ulrich. I simply copied the information in LICENSE.txt intothe debian/copyright file as demanded by Debian policy.

Please contact upstream, i.e. him, if you are unsatisfied with hisintegration of your changes into Tuffy.
