Dumb question: would this be achievable? :)

Well, for scripts which cover multiple languages, this should maybe just 
be the script name... (e.g. latin, cyrillic).

Should someone be in charge to maintain a list of these virtual packages 
and arrange the creation process of new ones, or can anyone just create
