the firewall im setting up

connected to:

1gbps inet-connection.

what the firewall should do i allow everything, 
and block ips with "iptables -A INPUT -s 192.76.1.0/24 -j REJECT"


everything use real ip's


is the case possible?

Your question has two interpretations:

1) Without (masw with IPtables), in which case I'd say look into
bridging,
read the how tos, etc, or
2) (Without masq), (with iptables), in which case I have no idea at this
moment.
