Sure, but again the music industry analogy, they are not making money
from the empty area anyway, so sponsoring it to us is free to them.

Sure, whatever, still i don't think things like this are a fatality, Not
more than software patent or the music industry claiming that every
downloaded music piece is money lost to them, notwithstanding the fact
thet if you had to pay for it, you most probably would not have bought
it anyway for lack of money. Same here. It is free space, it is unused,
we could at least, once the floor plan has been finalized, go to them
and ask if they don't want to sponsor us the unused space for a official
hacking area ? At worst, they say no.
