That is Edmund as suggested in another mail.
But, well, you certainly don't need to be a SVN wizard. Basically, you
need to get an account on Alioth, know how to check out the needed
directory (once), issue "svn up" from time to time there and do a "svn
commit" action when you want to commit your translation in...
That's basically all..:-)
And, of course, you may get help for this...so as long as you're able
to do "apt-get install subversion" on your machine, they you're nearly
ready to commit..:)
