A more lightweight Xorg

Hello guys! I have been using Mini2440 hardware and installed emdebian with Xorg. But it seems that Xorg takes a lot of memory in the boards, where memory is about 98% used. 

Do you guys have an manner on how make Xorg use swap memory  or a more lightweight version of Xorg for arm processor. 

Some specialists recomended me using gpe or qt but i think xorg much more customizable and stable.

Any help is welcomed.
