ETA for toolchains for squeeze?
Guys:
I'm running "testing" on amd64, and getting this as usual:
# cat /etc/apt/sources.list
deb http://ftp.uwsg.indiana.edu/linux/debian/ testing main contrib non-free
deb-src http://ftp.uwsg.indiana.edu/linux/debian/ testing main contrib
non-free
deb http://www.emdebian.org/debian sid main
...
# apt-get install gcc-4.4-arm-linux-gnueabi
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
gcc-4.4-arm-linux-gnueabi: Depends: libgcc1-armel-cross (>= 1:4.4.1-1)
but it is not going to be installed
Recommends: libc6-dev-armel-cross (>= 2.5)
but it is not going to be installed
# apt-get install libgcc1-armel-cross
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
libgcc1-armel-cross: Depends: gcc-4.4-arm-linux-gnueabi-base (=
4.4.1-4) but 4.4.1-1 is to be installed
Depends: libc6-armel-cross (>= 2.9) but it is not
going to be installed
# apt-get install gcc-4.4-arm-linux-gnueabi-base
gcc-4.4-arm-linux-gnueabi-base is already the newest version.
# dpkg -l gcc-4.4-arm-linux-gnueabi-base
ii gcc-4.4-arm-linux-gnueabi-b 4.4.1-1 The GNU
Compiler Collection (base package)
So I guess the root cause is a missing version 4.4.1-4 for
gcc-4.4-arm-linux-gnueabi-base.
Anyone have an ETA on when the toolchains will be installable again on
post-lenny roots? My lenny chroot is getting tired! :)
