I'm not sure if this is a bug in the dash postinst or in dpkg-divert -
I thought dpkg-divert was OK with missing files. Please follow up to
#550252 and let's see what's going wrong with dpkg-divert.

Which other packages divert manpages? I thought those were working.

Investigations needed . . .
