I've also added grip-preseed.cfg to emdebian-grip 1.4.14:

/usr/share/emdebian-tools/grip-preseed.cfg

Built using tips from:
http://www.debian-administration.org/articles/394

Use at the boot prompt:
linux preseed/file=/path/grip-preseed.cfg debian/priority=critical

The question is, what to use as path? /floppy/ is easy, /media/Pen\ Disk/ isn't.
