problem with login after fresh installation of debian edu jessie

Hello

I'm not a list member yet. I have a long experience with ltsp installations (debian and ubuntu) but never tried debian edu so far.

I have just done a fresh installation of debian edu jessie with the debian-edu-amd64-i386-NETINST-1.iso from April 4th 2016.
I have chosen the options "main-server, workstation and Thin-client-server"
amd64, german, swiss (de_CH), desktop: lxde
Everything went fine, but after the installation I only can login on the server with the root account.

Login with the user created during installation fails, also with a new student user I created with gosa after installation.
A thin client is booting fine and I get the graphical login prompt, but also here: no login possible

I always get the message: "couldn't chdir to home directory /skole/tjener/home0/... permision denied"
The permissions in /skole/tjener/home0/... are however correct.
In /var/log/auth.log I get the message:
"pam_group(sshd:setcred): bad group: fuse"
And there is no group fuse in the system, although the package fuse is installed.

Anyone has an idea what to do?

Thanks for any hint.

Best wishes

Andreas
