Also a working authors/email addreses file would be useful.I'm attaching the conversion script I used for converting Debian GIS and the according authors file which might have some matches in Debian Edu as well.
The script looks very good. Thanks for contributing that, Andreas!
Hope this helps Andreas.
I have also fixed the post-receive hook script on vasks:/git/debian-edu/_hooks_/post-receive.
This hook has to be copied into every <project>.git/hooks/ folder (which will replace the old post-receive version at that location).
The post-receive hook does three things: o notify us on IRC via KGB (not FBI anymore) o send mails to hooks.mailinglist and hooks.announcelist (for tags) o send ,,bug is pending for release'' mails to Debian BTS if a changelog entry gets committed that contains a ,,(Closes: #XXXX)'' statementI have replaced the post-receive hook for every package fully or partially under my umbrella (all of them are in debian-edu/pkg-team). I recommend doing so with the other already migrated <project>.git folders.
