Yes. You might have to adjust the network setup in
/etc/network/interfaces to make sure the wifi network is configured at
boot time and not when the user log in (which is not going to work
with a workstation, as the network need to be configured for users to
log in).
It is also possible to configure this using a system wide network
manager configuration.
