It seems there was quite an effort to make the cipux-devel archive not
too public. No hit on google, hard to find out anything about the
mailinglist (except for the pure packaging-related on alioth), no URL in
the footers of the mails I still have.

Once I found the link http://list.cipux.org:8080/wws/arc/cipux-devel
(Port 8080, no surprise Google doesn't know it) it turned out to be non
responding.

I don't have these mails archived, and without a working public archive,
I can't give any references. Sorry, but not my fault.
