Problems with Iceweasel in Lenny

I have several problems with Iceweasel running under Lenny.

After a dirty shutdown of the client, it is not possible to run 
Iceweasel before the file .parenlock is removed.


History stops working
Navigation buttons stops working.

I have to remove .mozilla to get things working again.
