Another approach could to act more as proxy than editor: Setup an
aggregator for sources of such info. I mean something similar to
http://planet.debian.org/ but for software hilites rather than personal
reflections.
This would need the sources to provide RSS or other syndicatable hints
(hint to linux-signpost authors).
If Ralf then wants to boost the pool of available info there, he can
create his own personal info site and have it registered with the
aggregation site. If he then loose interest after some months or years,
it won't harm much (as long as there's still activity at other sources).
