IP thinclient start from .250

from my dhcp.conf

  subnet 192.168.0.0 netmask 255.255.255.0 {

when I start the first (and only one) thinclient connected to my
server, it take the
192.168.0.250 ip address instead of .253.

Is not a problem but I would like to understund why ?
