lwat switched to svn + trac
Someone complained some time ago that viewcvs.cgi did not give all files
and all revisions, and that it was not possible to fetch a complete
tar-ball.
Now we've switched to svn for the developers, and trac is available as
web-frontend.
The main-page for lwat is still http://bzz.no/lwat, but the pointer to
viewcvs.cgi is replaced by a pointer to trac.
