Since todays irc meeting have not been announced in any way, and not 
present on the wiki. I am moving the general debian-edu irc meeting to  
Thu, Feb 22, 19:30 UTC (20:30 CET).   This means Tomorrow !

We should strive to be vigilant in announcing the meetings earlier.
