Based on my experience with meetings on #debian-boot, I believe it is
better to stay in #debian-edu. The moderator should try to keep
everyone on topic and make sure the meeting move forward to cover the
entire agenda. The point is not to lock down the channel. I've never
seen that need, so I believe we should address it only if the need
arrises. We can summon operator access on #debian-edu when needed,
and ban or silence people if needed, but I do not believe we will need
to.
