CVS repository conversion

To get the Subversion repository up before the gathering, the proposed 
time to do the conversion is tomorrow (?) night, Wednesday at 22:00 UTC. 
The CVS repository will then be set to read-only to prevent commits 
getting lost. The conversion will take about 5 hours, so the new 
repository should if all goes well be accessible from around 04:00 UTC. 
I have written a small document at 
http://developer.skolelinux.no/dokumentasjon/subversion.html which 
describes the process, and it will also contain user info when things 
are sorted out.
